Rosemary
This evergreen herb has leaves around
1" long, the green-leaved variety is used
medicinally.
Rosemary is pungently aromatic, the flowers
are small and pale blue.

Rosemary is best in a light, rather dry soil,
in a sheltered situation. If grown on a chalk
soil it will be smaller but more fragrant.
Rosminus officinalis
