Deciduous perennial. Likes sun
or partial shade and fairly fertile soil.
Fabulous hard working plant with
bright red flowers from May until the
first frosts. To keep it flowering just
nip off the dead heads. The foliage is
low growing but the flowers appear at
the end of long thin stems so it can be
used anywhere in a border.

Clear away any dead foliage in the Spring. If it
gets a little congested split the plants
in Autumn.
This is one of the best red flowers
you can get!
