Excellent grass with striking dark 
green leaves with a yellow-cream 
strip in the centre. 

It has brown flowerspikes during 
April - June. 

Remove dead foliage in the winter, 
it's fully hardy and can be used to
lighten up the front of the border,
grown in pots and even hanging
baskets. Feed it in the spring and
 mid-summer and occasionally brush 
your fingers through it to clear any 
dead growth and smarten it up.
